About the role:
- You’ll be part of the IT Helpdesk team in Berlin to provide local and remote support to the company employees in Berlin’s offices, in Poland and remotely
- You’ll follow our processes and implement new ones as new workflows to save costs and improve efficiency, with according documentation
- You are ensuring that our infrastructure are working as expected and fix issues proactively where necessary
- You are ensuring the systems availability, security and compliance of our internal networks and collaborate with our sys admins on monitoring of hosted systems
- You’ll provide support via our ticketing system and by connecting to devices remotely, or by visiting users, or welcome them at our IT Kiosk, providing support of levels 1 to 3
- You will process on/offboardings on both software and hardware sides
- You’ll work with Addigy (MDM tool), Apple Business Manager, Google Workspace,, Snipe-IT (Asset management), 1Password, Slack, Atlassian, and more in an Apple environment
