(Senior) Odoo Developer (all genders)

About the role:

We're looking for a skilled Odoo Developer to join our team and help design, develop, and customize Odoo applications to meet evolving business needs. You'll work closely with stakeholders to deliver efficient, scalable ERP solutions that support our operations and growth.

So, what can you expect to work on?

Gather and analyze requirements; map business processes to Odoo modules
Configure and customize Odoo apps (Sales, Inventory, Manufacturing, etc.)
Develop and enhance Odoo modules using Python, ORM, QWeb, and APIs
Provide user training, testing, go-live support, and ongoing issue resolution
Ensure clean, well-documented code and drive continuous process improvements

What you offer us

Proven experience working with Odoo ERP (both functional and technical sides)
Strong Python development skills
Good understanding of relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred)
Solid grasp of business processes across departments (finance, operations, sales, etc.)
Excellent communication skills — able to translate technical into business and vice versa
Experience with Odoo implementations, upgrades, or migrations
