About the role:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Product & Sourcing Manager, Herbs & Spices to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the sourcing, development, and product lifecycle of herbs and spices. You will collaborate very closely with our internal Herbs and Spices Team, as well as with our suppliers to ensure product quality, cost efficiency, and timely delivery. Your expertise in the herbs and spices market, combined with strong negotiation and project management skills, will drive innovation and growth in our product offerings.
So, what can you expect to work on?
  • Source and procure organically certified, premium-quality herbs and spices from trusted suppliers worldwide.
  • Negotiate competitive pricing for essential raw materials while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Identify and partner with suppliers who can provide all necessary documentation for EU organic certification.
  • Support the team in building a robust portfolio of top-tier EU organic-certified teas and tea blends.
  • Focus on direct sourcing of the highest quality herbs and spices, ensuring the exclusion of intermediaries or traders in the process.
